This policy describes what data the "Lyra" service (hereinafter — "Service", "we") collects and processes, available through the Telegram bot @LyraAIAssistantBot.

1. What data we collect

When using the Service, we receive and store the following data:

• Telegram identification data: numeric user ID, username, interface language.
• Messages: text, voice (transcribed text), content of submitted files and photos — to the extent necessary to generate a response.
• Payment data: fact and date of payment, number of Telegram Stars. We do not receive or store bank card data — payments are processed through Telegram.
• SMTP settings: if you connected email, we store the server address, login, and encrypted password.
• Technical data: group identifiers where the bot was added, activity timestamps.

2. How we use data

• To provide Service features: responding to messages, generating images, sending emails.
• To manage subscription and image balance.
• To send service notifications (subscription expiry reminders).
• For broadcasts from the Service administration (only if you are a user).

3. Third-party data sharing

To process your requests, we engage the following partners:

• AI provider: your message text is transmitted to a third-party AI service for response generation.
• Speech recognition service: voice message audio is transmitted for text transcription.
• Telegram: intermediary platform for message delivery and payment processing.

We do not sell or transfer your data to other third parties.

4. Data storage

Data is stored on secure servers. We take technical measures to protect against unauthorized access.

Chat history with the bot is stored on the AI provider's side within the current dialogue session.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of your data — contact us using the details below.
• Stop using the Service at any time by blocking the bot in Telegram.

6. Children

The Service is not intended for persons under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Policy changes

We may update this policy. We notify users of changes through the bot. The date of the last update is indicated at the beginning of this document.
