These terms govern the use of the "Lyra" service — an AI assistant in Telegram (@LyraAIAssistantBot). By using the Service, you accept these terms.

1. Service description

"Lyra" is a Telegram bot providing access to an AI assistant. The Service allows you to chat with AI, generate images, analyze documents and photos, transcribe voice messages, and send emails from your email account.

2. Registration and account

A Telegram account is required to use the Service. Registration occurs automatically upon first launching the bot. You are responsible for actions taken through your Telegram account.

3. Subscription and payment

• The Service operates on a subscription model. Current prices are displayed directly in the bot.
• Payment is made via Telegram Stars. Payment processing is handled by Telegram.
• A free trial period is provided upon first launch.
• Subscriptions do not renew automatically — a new payment is required for renewal.
• Refunds: per Telegram Stars policy, refunds are not provided.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• Create content that violates laws or third-party rights.
• Generate harmful, fraudulent, or discriminatory content.
• Distribute spam, malware, or phishing materials.
• Make automated requests without our agreement.
• Attempt to bypass restrictions, limits, or the payment system.

Violation of these rules may result in access being blocked without a refund.

5. Content and liability

AI responses are generated automatically and may contain errors. The Service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI responses.
• Consequences of decisions made based on bot responses.
• Content of emails sent by the bot at your request.

6. Service availability

We strive for uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee 100% availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or outages.

7. Intellectual property

You retain rights to content you submit to the Service. Images generated by the bot at your request may be used for personal and commercial purposes in accordance with the terms of the AI model used.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by blocking the bot. We reserve the right to restrict or block access for violations of these terms.

9. Changes to terms

We may modify these terms. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
